  • Who: Ages 18–30 (18+ required) · 1099 contractors
  • Format: Pre-sprint video training · 3-day Tue–Thu 1–4 signing sprint (Thu = mop-up)
  • Field close: Your personal page (QR on phone or lanyard) — no printed leave-behind cards
  • Lunch: Free lunch for sprint attendees who come by the training/meetup
